London’s home for music

Situated at the historic heart of the UK music scene, Outernet London is home to two state-of-the-art music event venues, HERE at Outernet and The Lower Third. HERE is a large-scale room with cutting-edge A/V capabilities and hosts some of the biggest names in live music and DJ talent. The Lower Third is a grassroots performance venue showcasing the best emerging talent. We’re also launching a free recording studio on Denmark Street in partnership with the BPI (see below).

The Lower Third

The Lower Third celebrates creativity in all its forms. Through our location on Denmark Street, we're steeped in musical history from the Rolling Stones to the Sex Pistols and we champion true creative spirits. We are a community; the history of the location is built into our DNA, and we are building memorable experiences in a musically focused way. Come and see for yourself on an unforgettable night out.

Denmark Street

As part of Outernet London, Denmark Street benefits from the restoration of its most iconic shops and facades. New live venues, a free recording studio, and a partnership with Under The Apple Tree sessions, will ensure a new era for this important musical landmark, which has played host to Bowie, Clapton, Hendrix and the Stones – and in recent years, Adele and Ed Sheeran.

Our studio on Denmark Street

We are committed to giving back to our community, which is why we have partnered with the British Phonographic Industry to launch The BPI Recording Studio – a professional quality, free-to-use studio on Denmark Street. The studio will be available to musical talent from all backgrounds and genres wanting to write, create, record music.
